A $150 (Refundable Deposit) is required for all bookings, and will be refunded as long as the bus is returned in clean ($150 cleaning fee, and damage free conditions. The total cost of the reservation is due 24 hours before the trip, Bus will not show if invoice balance is not paid. The remainder of the trip can be paid via Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Invoice or Paypal NO cash is accepted for the reservation balance unless paid 24 hours in advance of the reservation.
No Smoking on the bus, this will be a automatic (forfeiture) of deposit.
Cancellation: $50 will be charged for all cancellations, if done within 24hrs of the reservation is forfeiture of the total trip deposit.
REMEMBER: Deposit will NOT be included or taken off the Total Price. Deposit is a separate charge from the "invoice" and is 100% refundable if terms are met.

THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT OVERTIME HOURS WILL BE AVAILABLE. PLEASE BE SURE THAT THE NUMBER OF HOURS YOU ARE WRITING ON THE CONTRACT WILL BE SUFFICIENT TIME FOR YOUR EVENT. OVERTIME will be billed in 1 hour increments
BUS RULES: (No Exceptions) (1) NO ONE under the age of 21 is permitted to consume alcohol. (2) No SMOKING in the vehicles. These Violations will result in early termination of service and Forfeiture of trip. (3)There will be a $200 cleaning surcharge for vomit incidents. (4) There will be a $100+ charge per broken or missing novelty/ bus items (Remotes, Radio, Speakers, etc.). (5) Persons who are unruly/disruptive/violent/displaying gang affiliation or conduct in illegal activities will be subject to be removed from vehicles at the discretion of the driver and no refund will be issued. (6) NO FIREARMS/WEAPONS (7) We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property. (8) No illegal drug usage. VIOLATIONS IN ANY OF THESE ACTIVITIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION WITH FORFEITURE OF PAYMENT.
COVID-19: The Good Vibes Express bus is cleaned and sanitized after every reservation. All passengers must take proper precautions before, during and after your trip. Please do not board the bus if you have any cold, flu or other Covid-19 symptoms. All passengers board at their own risk.
